Site plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling various sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
